The staff very unfriendlyThe room very oldThe clients noises during night and they keep their doors open and smoke so you cannot sleep at all because of the voices and the alarm of the door that is it open (Please see photo)We arrived from airport very tired afternoon and wanted to sleep however the cleaning staff were so noisy and speaking loud and making noises so we could not sleepAlso they put the clean towels on floor before placing in our room. Breakfast served was very delicious and enough for 1 person. Had various meal options at the property.The property provided a comfortable stay with clean rooms, friendly staff, and a great location near the beach.

No private pool, restaurant not available, regular room (not a suite as mentioned in the listing). Not of Fab group at all. This is a standalone hotel affiliated to Fab group. I have to shift to another Hotel on the second day itself, due to my extreme disappointment. Cheating to the peak

Breakfast was not so good. There are no varieties and no staff at the breakfast area. We left the breakfast area and had it outside the hotel.

1. The bathroom does not have soap stand2. Swimming pool side, it does not have Toilets and changing rooms 3. Resturant options, having more varieties.

Location was perfect. Walkable distance to Calangute beach.

Less parking space but very well taken care by hotel staff.

Receptionist and all the people

Room was changed due to cleaning issues. We had to cancel our plans due to non availability of hot water.Room and carpets were not cleaned regularly.No restaurants. Not worth to spend.

Room was stinky, tv not working, wifi was out of range, bathroom washbasin was broken/dirty, In the evening there is no hot water, after room cleaning they didn't gave fresh towel, even after asking for towels they didn't gave. Their kitchen was in the corner of hall with no walls, just curtains. Wooden Almira and cabinets were all broken in the room. No fruits for infants

It showed better pictures in Booking.com but there was no dining hall.

There was no Hot water every morning.Breakfast quality was poor with no variety.Rooms were stinking continuously with dampness.No exhaust in the bathroom.Water logging issue in the bathroom.Pillow covers and bedsheets quality was very low.We wanted to change the hotel but the Hotel was refused to refund the money...

No value for money, shown something on booking portal got something else, poor quality of breakfast, room carpet so dirty. There is nothing good about this hotel except the location. not to recommend anyone.

Just the photos were good

The basic amenities such as tv was not working as they had not recharged. Inspite of complaining they did not recharge the tv. Room carpets we full of sand,Room fan when switched on was making too much noise, when complained they told this fan is just for show .Intercom was not working . I will not recommend this hotel to anyone , not at all value for money.Breakfast was also not upto the mark, bread toaster was not working.

Excellent stay. Hotel situated at central location in main street and market, 10 mins walk to from beach.

Overall location and behaviour of staffs

Very good location and ambience, specially breakfast
